How to find the best fit for your student:
Some children walk through our doors already performing for anyone who will watch.
​Others are quiet observers, slowly finding the confidence to raise their hand.
Some dream of Broadway.
Some simply need a place where they feel like they belong.
At Wonderland Academy, we believe there isn't one "right" place to start. There is simply the right next step.
How to Choose the Right Class
Choosing the perfect class is easier than you might think.
Step One
Choose your child's age group.
Our classes are designed around developmental stages, allowing every student to learn alongside peers with similar abilities and interests.
We find 5th and 8th grades to be transitional years, so we like to give students in those grades more options. If they're excited to lead a group we recommend they stay in the younger group. If they're ready to be with older students, we recommend they move up.

Our program grows with our students, changing each session to fit their needs and interests. Themes may change, but the fundamental skills are always at the forefront of what and how we teach.

Lower Elementary (Grades K-1)
For our youngest performers, this is where the magic begins.
​
Our K-1 students learn through imagination, movement, music, storytelling, and creative play... building important early skills like confidence, listening, sharing, and following directions.
​
Whether your child is outgoing or shy, our K-1 classes create a warm, welcoming space where every child can shine.

Upper Elementary (Grades 2-5)
For many students, this is where their passion really takes shape.

Our upper elementary performers dive deeper into acting, music, and storytelling while building essential skills like confidence, focus, teamwork, and communication.
​
Whether your child is outgoing or reserved, experienced or brand new, our 2nd-5th grade classes are designed to challenge and support every student as they grow.
​
We rotate class offerings each session to give our students variety in their training. Depending on the session, upper elementary students may explore subjects like:

Middle School (Grades 5-8)
Middle school is often when students begin discovering what they truly love.

Classes become more focused while still encouraging exploration and creativity.

Students begin developing stronger performance techniques while continuing to build confidence, teamwork, leadership, and artistic expression.

We rotate class offerings each session to give our students variety in their training. Throughout the year, middle school students may choose classes focused on:

High School (Grades 8-12)
Our high school program offers students the opportunity to dive deeper into the disciplines they're most passionate about.

Whether they're preparing for college auditions, exploring professional-level performance techniques, or simply looking for a creative community, students receive focused instruction while continuing to grow as artists and individuals. They can be beginners and still take our classes. We have students who start training at all phases of life.
