Audition Prep Workshop

A pop-up session with Ms. Allison, built to get your audition-bound performer ready for their next audition.

You'll work one-on-one with Ms. A in a small group setting. 12 performers, 10 minutes each, refining your 1-minute audition cut with real-time, personalized feedback. The rest of the group observes, which means even when it's not your turn, you're learning: what works, what doesn't, and why.

What to bring: A polished 1-minute cut of an audition song, plus at least one backup.

 

Songs must follow these guidelines:

Ms. Allison will not approve songs that are out of a suitable vocal range, not age-appropriate, or overdone.

Hamilton, The Greatest Showman, and Wicked will not be accepted.

Choose something that fits your personality, your voice, your life experience, and the show you're auditioning for.

Song approval happens live in the room, come with your backup song ready.
