  • Manage class registrations, waitlists, and enrollment schedules.

  • Communicate with you regarding class schedules, performances, auditions, and organizational updates.

  • Send promotional materials, waitlist opening alerts, and marketing communications (via email and text message) to those who have opted in.

  • Platform Hosting & SMS Services: We use Wix.com to host our website, capture form entries, and deliver communications (including automated emails and SMS text campaigns). Wix processes data in accordance with strict security standards.

 

Mobile Information Sharing:

No mobile information (including phone numbers collected for SMS consent) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Our classes are designed for youth, but our website forms, registrations, and SMS sign-ups are intended solely for parents and legal guardians aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verified parental consent. If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will promptly delete it.
